EcoDateFarm Order Terms and Business Rules

When you place an order with us, here's what happens:

• All orders must be placed via phone, WhatsApp, or email
• We confirm your order within 24 hours during business days
• Orders are processed from our farm in Sam Dunes, Jaisalmer
• Minimum order quantity is 1kg for individual customers
• Bulk orders (50kg+) require advance booking and payment
• Farm tours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance

Payment and delivery policies:

• Payment accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (COD)
• COD available for orders up to ₹5,000 in select cities
• Full payment required before dispatch for bulk orders
• Delivery charges: Free above ₹1,000, ₹150 for express delivery
• Delivery time: 5-7 business days for standard, 1-2 days for express
• We deliver across India through Blue Dart and DTDC

Refund Policy: Full refund if dates are damaged in transit or don't meet quality standards. Partial refund for quantity issues. No refund for change of mind after delivery.

What we guarantee about our dates:

• All dates are 100% organic certified by Rajasthan Organic Certification Agency
• FSSAI approved quality with license number 19093342100995
• Fresh dates with minimum 65% moisture content
• No chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilizers used
• Proper packaging to maintain freshness during transit

Limitations: Natural variations in size, color, and sweetness are normal. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after delivery. Dates have a shelf life of 12 months when stored in cool, dry conditions.

When you order from us or visit our farm:

• Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
• Be available to receive delivery or arrange for someone to accept
• Store dates properly after delivery (cool, dry place)
• Contact us within 48 hours if there are any quality issues
• Follow safety instructions during farm visits
• Respect farm property and workers during tours

Farm visits are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to safety concerns or farm operations.

If you have any disputes with EcoDateFarm:

• First, contact Rajesh Kumar directly to resolve the issue
• We will try to resolve all disputes amicably within 30 days
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to Jaisalmer, Rajasthan jurisdiction
• Indian law governs these terms and conditions
• Consumer Protection Act 2019 applies to all transactions

In case of legal disputes, only courts in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.

EcoDateFarm operates in compliance with Indian regulations:

• GST registration and tax compliance as per Indian tax laws
• FSSAI license for food safety and quality standards
• Organic certification from Rajasthan Organic Certification Agency
• Export-import code for international shipments
• Labor law compliance for our 25+ farm workers
• Environmental regulations for sustainable farming practices

We maintain all required licenses and certifications for date farming and sales in India.

We may update these terms from time to time:

• Updated terms will be posted on our website
• Existing customers will be notified via email or SMS
• Continued use of our services means acceptance of new terms
